Is there a minimum order quantity?
We do not publish one. Tell us the quantities you have in mind and we will tell you what we can do at that volume.
What discount do you offer?
We do not publish a trade percentage, because it depends on the mix and the volume. Send the products and quantities and you will get a real number rather than a band.
Who buys from you at trade?
Pet shops, groomers, kennels, veterinary practices, motor factors and online resellers. If you are none of those and you still want volume, ask anyway.
Can I mix products in one order?
Yes. A bulk order can be split across all four products in whatever mix your customers actually buy.
How long does a trade order take?
Bulk orders carry the same 24 to 48 hour handling time as a retail order. Lead times on larger quantities are confirmed in the quote, because they depend on what is on the shelf when you order.
Do you dropship for resellers?
Ask. It depends on the volume and the destination, and it is one of the things worth putting in your enquiry.
Can I get the products without your branding?
That is a question for the quote rather than a standing offer. Tell us what you need and we will tell you whether it is possible.
How do I pay for a trade order?
The same ways as a retail order: card through Stripe, PayPal or cryptocurrency. Anything else is agreed in the quote.
Do trade orders ship outside the United States?
The checkout accepts international addresses, and for a bulk order the freight is worth quoting separately. Put the destination in your enquiry.
What if I need product photography or specifications?
Ask and we will send what we have. Every specification we can evidence is already on the product page; where we do not have a figure, we say so.
