Delivery & Shipping Information

What delivery costs

• Orders of $50 or more: free delivery across the USA.
• Orders under $50: Express Shipping at a flat $22. This is the only rate the checkout offers below the threshold, so on a single $29 item the postage is $22.
• Express Shipping on any order: $22, whatever the basket is worth.

How long it takes

5 to 7 days for delivery. That is on top of a 24 to 48 hour handling and processing time while your order is picked and packed, so count from the day after you order rather than from the hour.

Ordering from outside the United States

Our checkout accepts international addresses and offers the same two rates, and we have shipped abroad. We cannot promise a delivery window outside the USA, and any customs charges are the buyer's, so email us before you order from outside the country and we will tell you what we know.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. We receive the code from the carrier when the parcel is collected, which is why there is nothing to send in the first 24 to 48 hours. Enter it on the Track Your Parcel page.

For logistical reasons items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages, so a partial delivery is not a lost parcel.
