What we use, and why

A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser. We use as few as the site can work with.

• Necessary. Your basket is kept in your own browser's local storage so it survives moving between pages. Without it the site cannot take an order. These cannot be turned off.
• Analytics. Google Analytics tells us anonymously which pages people read and where they arrive from. It does not identify you.
• Chat. Where the chat widget is shown, it keeps your conversation open while you move around the site.

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell what these cookies record.

Turning the optional ones off

The banner on your first visit lets you accept or decline the optional cookies, and you can change your mind at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer. Your browser can also block or delete cookies for this site, which may stop the basket working.

Third parties

Payment is completed on Stripe's or PayPal's own pages, which set their own cookies under their own policies. The same applies to the tracking lookup on the Track Your Parcel page.

Changes

If what we use changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves.
